Product Information

How should I care for my item?

We recommend hand washing; however, machine washing on a gentle cycle in cold or warm water is also suitable. Air drying is recommended, or you can dry on low heat. Avoid bleaching, wringing, or dry cleaning. After the first wash, the embroidery may appear curled; a quick press with an iron on the backside will help flatten it. With proper care, the blanket will last for a long time.

Where are your products made?

Our products are designed and processed in California, USA.

Do your products contain any toxic chemicals?

Our products are dyed with non-toxic colors and adhere to safety standards.

How big will the embroidery be?

We strive to make the embroidery as large as possible, within the constraints of our hoops. The length of the embroidery depends on the number of names/words and font choice. Longer names result in smaller letters

I accidentally snagged the blanket. How can it be fixed?

As the blanket is knitted, snags may occur during use. To restore the blanket's original condition:
1. Gently stretch the area around the snag to redistribute the fibers and minimize its appearance.
2. If there are any loose threads, gently tug them to the backside of the blanket and secure them with a small knot to prevent further unraveling.

How to order?

Before placing your order, please, review our font and thread color charts. You can find them by swiping the left of the main picture of the listing. Please be aware that thread and blanket colors may vary slightly from the pictures due to lighting and screen settings.
In the personalization box include name, font number and thread number. Enter the name exactly as you want it embroidered. If the font and thread color is not specified, we will use the most popular options.

How will I know that you have received my order?

An email confirmation of your order with a summary will be sent promptly to the provided email address. You will receive a subsequent email when your product ships, including tracking information and a link to follow the status of your shipment

Can I see a preview before ordering?

We are happy to send over a mockup of the name in up to four fonts. Please feel free to reach out to us via chat or email at binkybloom@gmail.com with the names and the fonts you'd like to see.

Can I edit my order once it has been placed?

We copy and paste the names/words provided into our embroidery program, so please ensure everything is correct before placing your order. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at binkybloom@gmail.com. Changes can be made if production has not commenced.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of submission.

I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout. What should I do?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the shipping address for you. Email our customer service team with your order number and the correct shipping address

How are shipping and handling charges calculated?

Shipping cost is based on the weight of the package.

When will my order be shipped?

Our standard processing time is 3-7 business days before shipping. During the holiday shopping season, orders typically ship within 7-10 business days.

Can I expedite shipping?

We offer a rush order option (not express shipping) for faster processing. Your order will be processed the next day upon receipt.

How long until my order arrives?

Shipping speed depends on the delivery option selected at checkout. Standard shipping takes 5-8 business days, while express shipping takes 2-4 business days. We do not offer overnight shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number.

Can I ship to multiple addresses per order?

Our system does not support shipping items from one order to different addresses.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship within the USA.

What if my item is lost or the shipping information is incorrect?

Once your order is collected by USPS and leaves our facility, we are not responsible for its shipment time or delivery status. Orders marked as delivered on tracking cannot be refunded or replaced.

My order was returned to the sender. What should I do?

If your order is returned to us, please contact us. Please note that shipping labels are generated using the information provided at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details provided by the customer, such as missing house numbers or street names. The customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Can I make a return or exchange?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless there was a mistake on our part. If we've made an error, please contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving your order, including a picture of the item.
